The project starts from the east side of the Beifu River Bridge on the Second Ring Road in the north, runs eastward from Commercial Avenue, North Railway Station, and Shuangqiaozi Interchange, and ends on the east side of the Nanfu River Bridge on the Second Ring Road in the south, with a total length of 13.1 kilometers. The main project contents include expressway system (viaduct), large-capacity bus rapid transit system (civil works, equipment purchase and installation), intelligent traffic management system (civil works), reconstruction and restoration of bottom roads and related ancillary works.該工程北起二環路北府河橋東側，向東經商貿大道、火車北站、雙橋子立交，南止二環路南府河橋東側，全長13.1公里。主要工程內容包括快速路系統（高架橋）、大容量快速公交系統（土建、設備購置和安裝部分）、智能交通管理系統（土建部分）、底層道路改造恢復及相關附屬工程。
