Nan'an-Shijing Expressway starts from Zhangkeng Village, Xiamei Town. It is connected to Quansan Expressway and Nanhui Expressway through a hub, and passes through 5 towns including Xiamei Town, Liucheng Street, Guanqiao Town, Shuitou Town and Shijing Town. (street), 33 administrative villages, and finally Facilitation Village, Shijing Town, Nan'an City, with a composite hub connected to the Xiamen-Zhangquan-Quan Union Expressway, and connected to the Houdian Village section of Shijing Town on Provincial Highway 201. The project has a mileage of 42.08 kilometers, including 1.229 kilometers of connecting lines, a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour, a subgrade width of 33.5 meters, and two-way six-lane. There are 7 interconnections on the whole line, namely Zhangkeng hub interconnection, Nan'an East interconnection, Nan'an South interconnection, Guanqiao interconnection, Pushan interconnection, Xijin (Kangdian) hub interconnection, and promotion of complex hub interconnection (reserved). After the completion of the Nanshi Expressway, it will promote the connection between Quanzhou's coastal areas and mountainous areas, industries and ports, and is also a convenient port dredging channel for the extension of the port's hinterland, opening up the second expressway between Quanzhou and Xiamen.南安至石井高速公路，起于霞美鎮(zhèn)張坑村，設(shè)樞紐互通與泉三高速公路及南惠高速公路相連接，經(jīng)霞美鎮(zhèn)、柳城街道、官橋鎮(zhèn)、水頭鎮(zhèn)、石井鎮(zhèn)等5個(gè)鎮(zhèn)（街道），33個(gè)行政村，終于南安市石井鎮(zhèn)促進(jìn)村，設(shè)復(fù)合型樞紐互通與廈漳泉聯(lián)盟高速公路相連接，并與省道201線石井鎮(zhèn)后店村路段連接。該項(xiàng)目全線里程42.08公里，包含連接線1.229公里，設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)速100公里，路基寬度33.5米，雙向六車道。全線共設(shè)置7處互通，各為張坑樞紐互通、南安東互通、南安南互通、官橋互通、樸山互通、西錦（康店）樞紐互通、促進(jìn)復(fù)合型樞紐互通（預(yù)留）。南石高速公路建成后，將促進(jìn)泉州沿海與山區(qū)、產(chǎn)業(yè)與港口對(duì)接連通，也是港口延伸腹地的便捷疏港通道，打通泉州市與廈門的第二條快速通道。
