Xiang (Tang) Pu (Tian) Railway is located in eastern Jiangxi and central Fujian, starting from Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province in the west. The branch from Ning, Jiangle, Shaxian, Youxi to Yongtai is introduced into Fuzhou Station of Waifu Railway and Putian Station of Fuxia Railway respectively. The main line is about 603.6 kilometers long, of which: 384.265 kilometers in Fujian Province, including Nanchang (Xiangtang) , Fuzhou hub and Putian area supporting work, as well as the new Sanming Station to the Pu Railway and the Yingxia Railway in the direction of Nanping, a total of 24 stations.

The Xiangpu Railway FJ-2 Standard Paving Project Department of China Railway Tenth Bureau undertakes the task of laying tracks for the 381.8 km main line of Xiangpu Railway. At the same time, there are 6 stations in Jiangle, Xiamao, Sanmingbei, Youxi, Zhongxian and Changqing. The station yard track laying, and the 1533 hole beam erection task.

向（塘）莆（田）鐵路位于贛東和閩中地區，西起江西省南昌市，自南昌（向塘）樞紐新南昌站引出，經江西撫州、南城、南豐，福建建寧、泰寧、將樂、沙縣、尤溪至永泰分岔，分別引入外福鐵路福州站和福廈鐵路莆田站，正線全長約603.6公里，其中：福建省境內384.265公里，包括南昌（向塘）、福州樞紐和莆田地區配套工作，以及新三明站向莆鐵路與鷹廈鐵路南平方向的聯絡線工程，共設24個車站。

中鐵十局向莆鐵路FJ-2標鋪架項目部承擔向莆鐵路381.8公里正線鋪軌任務，同時，還有將樂、夏茂、三明北、尤溪、中仙、長慶共6個站的站場鋪軌，以及1533孔的架梁任務。
